Common Questions

My reward did not credit — what do I do?

Rewards are processed automatically via our offerwall partners. If your balance was not updated within 24 hours of completing an offer, email us with the offer details.

My withdrawal has not arrived — what do I do?

Withdrawals are manually reviewed before processing. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 5 business days, contact us with your username and withdrawal amount.

My account was banned — can I appeal?

You may appeal a ban by emailing us. Include your username and reason for appeal. We review all appeals but reserve the right to uphold bans for policy violations.
