  • Account information: username, email address, when you register.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser user-agent, login history, and timestamps used for security and fraud prevention.
  • Reward activity: offers completed, rewards earned, withdrawal requests, and related transaction IDs.
  • Payout details: the Litecoin (LTC) wallet address you provide when requesting a withdrawal.

Third-Party Offer Providers

We work with third-party offerwall networks such as AdGate Rewards and Lootably to display offers. When you interact with an offer, the provider may collect activity and device data according to its own privacy policy.

ScarletReward shares only the anonymized user identifier needed to track completions. We do not send your name, email, or password to offer providers.

Retention, Security, and Rights

We retain account data while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@scarletreward.com.

We use HTTPS, HTTP-only cookies, bcrypt password hashing, and rate limiting to protect user data. No system is completely risk-free, so use a strong unique password whenever possible.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data at any time. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
