Accounts and access

Can I have more than one account?

No. ScarletReward allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the forgot-password flow from the login screen to request a reset code and set a new password.

Rewards and crediting

Why has my reward not credited yet?

Offer completions are verified by third-party partners, so some credits can take time. If a reward is still missing after 24 hours, contact support with the offer name and completion date.

Are all offers guaranteed to credit?

No. Credit depends on provider verification, completion accuracy, and whether the activity passes fraud checks.

Withdrawals and security

How often can I request a withdrawal?

One withdrawal request is allowed per hour.

What wallet should I use?

Use a valid Litecoin wallet address that you control. Payments sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.

Why was my withdrawal delayed?

Some withdrawals are manually reviewed for fraud prevention and payout accuracy.
